Pastor Randy Bezet
Randy Bezet is the founding and lead pastors of Bayside Community Church in Bradenton, Florida. As a pastor and teacher, he focuses on building the local church, sharing the message of Christ, and helping people reach their full potential.
Randy serves on the board of the Association of Related Churches (ARC), and is a board member for Champions Network with Joel Osteen. Randy is also the founder of Relate Coaching: a coaching program focused to help pastors break growth barriers and accomplish the vision God has given them.
Pastor David & Ginelle Payne (Your Hosts)
David Payne is the founding and lead pastor of Lifesong Church in Sutton, Massachusetts. As Founder and Lead Pastor, he has led with a passionate vision for the local community with the mission that Lifesong Church reaches 2% of Metro-Worcester helping people come to Know God, Live in Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Deliver Hope.
As the first ARC Church plant in New England, Lifesong has been previously recognized, for two consecutive years, as one of the fastest-growing churches in the nation. As a board member of Vision New England, he helps connect and resource the church in New England.
Pastor Pierre Du Plessis
Pierre du Plessis is the Senior Pastor of The Father’s House, a diverse and multi-site church in Rochester New York. He is known for his unique ability to bring the Bible to life in memorable ways using vivid illustrations mixed with humor and practical life and application. As a gifted communicator, he pushes the envelope by using his no-holds-barred communication style. He is a visionary and a worshipper, is passionate about mentoring and equipping leaders, invests in all generations and pastors young pastors fresh in their calling.
Pierre’s experience and insight has provided him with the opportunity to serve on the boards of national organizations and churches alike. He and his wife, Marlize, partner in ministry together. They also have two grown children who work alongside them in ministry, Chloe and Caleb.
